Leadershift began as Mentoring Days in 2005, meeting in Melbourne (Australia) four times in that year, and five in 2006. It was our response to those who asked personally for mentoring. From that beginning, our purpose has grown to sow both relationally and prophetically into the emergence of new apostolic configurations in Australia and beyond.

In 2008 two 2-day gatherings are planned for March and October.
